Clusters, not keywords
A topic cluster is a main page on a subject (often a service or product page) supported by articles that answer the questions people ask on the way to a decision, all linked together. It shows search engines the depth of your knowledge and gives readers a clear path from question to enquiry. This website is built the same way: each service has topic pages like this one.
Helpful content and E-E-A-T
Since 2024 Google has assessed helpfulness as part of its core ranking systems, and its quality guidelines describe experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trust. In practice that means content written or reviewed by someone who has done the work, with real examples, clear sourcing and a named author. I build those signals into every brief.
Research that finds the gaps
I look at what your buyers search for, what already ranks, what your competitors cover and, most importantly, what nobody has answered well yet. Those gaps are where a smaller site can win.
Briefs or finished writing
Each piece gets a brief with the search intent, the questions to answer, the structure, internal links and the evidence to include. I can write it, edit your team's drafts, or interview your experts and write from their answers. Where AI helps, it is used as described in AI content creation, with human editing and fact-checking.
Refresh what you have
Older content often has the most potential: it already has links and history. I update outdated pages, merge overlapping ones and redirect the leftovers, which can lift rankings faster than publishing something new.
Staying on the right side of Google's policies
Google's spam policies target scaled content abuse: mass-producing low-value pages mainly to rank. Every piece in a cluster has to earn its place on its own merits.
